职位描述(JD)：
1. 管理5个员工的团队
Manage a team of 5 employees;
2. 准备每月的本地账目以及给法国总部的月底报表
Producing monthly local accounts and monthly reporting accounts to the French Headquarters;
3. 提供分析性的业务审查报告以及控制生产运作成本
Providing analytical business review and cost control for manufacturing operations;
4. 作为公司与相关税务、海关部门、注册会计师、审计师等机构的主要联络人
Acting as the Company’s main contact person with the relevant Tax bureau,Customs,CPA,auditors,etc;
5. 在外部注册会计师和审计协助下，负责准确记录公司账目
Being responsible of the accurate bookkeeping of the company, with the support of external CPA and auditors;
6. 监督管理公司的工资支出
Supervising payroll administration of the company
7. 向总经理及集团财务总监提供税务及人力资源政策及程序方面的相关动态信息
Provide information to the General Manager and Financial Group Director on the development of tax and HR policies and procedures
8. 应具备熟练的职业中文及英文水平，掌握业务分析审查、成本控制、会计及一般办公软件技能，善于解决问题，为人正直，处事准确，组织能力强
