电机工程师Motor Designer
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.Work on E-motor direction for electrification, explore the possible opportunity of soft magnet composite in motor area, support to develop the business case of Transverse Flux Motor and Axial Flux Motor in automotive & industry market. Responsible for motor design with customer specification, simulation, and TR for customer.
2.Theoretical design motor based on customer technical specification
3• Responsible for motor simulation and design
4• Experience on motor design, especially Transverse Flux Motor and Axial Flux Motor
5• Business case proposal, solution for customer, explain & support NBW
6• Improve the whole team theoretical knowledge about motor design
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
1• Experience in related simulation tools
2• Experience in manufacturing & production processes of electric machines
3• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
4• Review and define requirements according to electrical design of motor
5• Define and calculate geometrical data of machine rotor and stator
6• Simulation behaviour of electrical machine according to input requirements and the defined geometrical data, including magnetic flux distribution, back-EMF wave, motor losses, motor thermal model, torque ripple
7• Tolerance analysis on electrical characteristics
8• Fully proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
9• Good theoretical knowledge in motor design in BEV or common industry
10• Better to have experience on Transverse Flux Motor and Axial Flux Motor
11• Better to have ability in simulation of NVH characteristics of the motor on the basis of influences caused by electrical behaviour of the motor (together with mechanical engineer motor)
12• Better to have basic knowledge on soft magnet composite material
