Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:
1. 针对业务内不同来源的大量数据，为集团公司设计、开发、实施和维护商业智能解决方案；
2. 与高级领导和业务部门合作，提供有效的报告、分析和信息交付框架；
3. 将业务需求转化为分析和报告需求/规范；
4. 开发和支持业务智能(仪表板)门户，方便管理和业务用户的自助服务工具；
5. 将复杂的数据转化为有意义的、可操作的业务见解，以促进决策和前瞻性规划；
6. 开发和利用自定义查询，存储过程和触发器从Microsoft SQL Server提取数据，并使用ETL工具加载数据存储/数据仓库/数据集市；
7. 自动化报表利用SQL Server集成服务，SQL Server报表服务；
8. 数据模型的文档；
9. 公司交办的其他工作。
1. Design, develop, implement & maintaining business intelligence solution for the Group of the companies with big volume of data from difference sources within the business.
2. Partner with senior leaders and business units to deliver an effective reporting, analytics and information delivery framework.
3. Translate business needs into analytics and reporting requirements/specifications.
4. Develop and support Business Intelligence (Dashboard) portal to facilitate self-service tools for the management and the business users
5. Convert complex data into the meaningful & actionable business insights to facilitate decision-making and forward planning.
6. Develop and utilize custom queries, stored procedures and triggers to extract data from Microsoft SQL Server and use ETL tools to load data store/ data warehouse/ data mart.
7. Automate reports utilizing SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services.

Requirements/任职资格：
1. 计算机科学或相关专业本科学历；
2. 具有3-5年扎实的数据分析和商业智能工作经验，使用常用的BI/ analytics工具，如Microsoft Power BI或Tableau或QlikView，其中Microsoft Power BI优先；
3. 具有使用BI工具(如Power BI等)开发可视化报告和仪表板的丰富动手经验，能够从商业角度解释数据并驱动分析解决方案；
4. 熟练编写SQL脚本、Microsoft SSRS和SQL Server、BI工具(MS Power BI或Tableau或QlikView)，对数据仓库方法、ETL处理和维度数据建模有较强的理解；
5. 具有使用通用实现方法的新BI项目的完整项目生命周期经验(从分析、设计、开发、测试和支持)是非常必要的；
6. 具备企业资源规划(ERP)系统的操作和分析能力优先考虑。
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Possess 3-5 years of solid working experience in data analytics and business intelligence with the common BI/Analytics tools, such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau or QlikView, with Microsoft Power BI being preferable.
3. Strong hand-on experience in developing visualization reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g. Power BI etc.) with the ability to interpret data from business perspective and drive analytics solutions.
4. High level of competence in writing SQL scripts, Microsoft SSRS and SQL Server, BI tool (MS Power BI or Tableau or QlikView) with the strong understanding of data warehousing methodologies, ETL processing and dimensional data modelling.
5. Full project lifecycle experience (from analysis, design, development, test and support) of new BI projects using common implementation methodology is highly desirable.
